I feel like I should provide some additional context for the benefit of CalamityGanon as well as people who want to help and those who are simply curious.

Innocentgirl96 AKA Chloe1996 AKA Im-Done AKA [more user names to come]* might or might not have been harasses at some point and I have seen one user making two vile troll comments. What I have also seen (and have taken part in myself) is more than twenty users pointing out that she(?) is lashing out blindly, harassing other users herself, and generally breaking Newgrounds rules. All in a calm and collected manner. Her reaction to any comment that offered even the slightest bit of "Maybe you are in the wrong here.", "You cannot tell other users to get raped and kill themselves.", or "Please, go through the proper channels if you're getting abused. There are flag buttons all over the site, as well as a list of moderators." is replied with "THE FUCKING DID I EVER DO TO YOU,C***???!!! K*** YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!" (and variations thereof) directly followed by her blocking them - so no actual dialogue can be established after she asked a question. She published her ever-growing NG block-list multiple times by now and it includes me, TomFulp, M-Bot and pretty much everybody she ever came across on NG, calling them pedophiles and making the statements described above (excluding maybe 3 users).
The behavior described above is all that I have seen happening with my own eyes. I cannot confirm the claims made by Innocentgirl96 that she actually was harassed at some point, on NG, 'before' her extreme temper tantrum started. I also cannot deny it, because I cannot read comments which might already have been removed by the Newgrounds moderation team.

Death threads and defamatory accusations aside, Innocentgirl96 keeps a 'meticulous' list of users who "wronged" her, adding them to her ignore list first thing every time she opens a new account. She clearly knows how to be let alone - if she wanted to. I would not even have known that she came back in the first place if she hadn't @-ed me in one of her 'Everybody on this site is toxic' rants. She also _actively_goads_ users into harassing her, calling people out who cannot reply to her since she blocked them, threatening to delete her account, or harm/kill herself. But when her account gets deleted by the moderation team, she's back the next day, complaining about how she's getting harassed under a new name that nobody would even know her under, if it wasn't for her 'wild writing style'. She also kept a particularly neat handwriting through all of this...
I am not claiming to have a professional background in psychology, but when I look at her actions so far, they seem rather methodical: Accuse anyone who isn't a fan; post "Art" that's nothing but defamation, threats or vile comments on other user's posts; "threaten" to delete her account; get deleted; repeat the same behavior the next day.

She said he's 18 before (her claim, not mine - her username suggests 27). One user suggested she might have a dissociative episode (Again: I'm not an expert in the field.) She might just be seeking attention, reliving her "angry teen years"... I don't know. And frankly: I don't even really care.

What I _do_ care about is _us_: The Newgrounds community. I am sharing what I know about that stupid and entirely unimportant story, so other users who have the immediate impulse to help, mediate, talk reason into somebody who's clearly acting irrationally, and who take it to heart if they 'couldn't' help can lay this topic to rest. The number of kind and awesome people on Newgrounds far outweighs the number of those who view NG as their personal playground to do as they please on or the users who don't give a f*** about anybody aside from themselves. But at the end of the day, this is a site to share and celebrate _Art_ in its various forms on. If somebody displays telltale signs of having mental health issues (real of faked) all 'we' can do is to say "Talk to a friend." or "See a medical professional (by which I mean a person with an actual medical degree from an accredited medical school)."

You did your best - now you're 'free'. Get on with your lives or help somebody who actually 'wants' your help. :)

I just made an account. She claims she's innocent but she isn't. There is a whole document that a friend made collecting everything she's done from telling people to kill themselves to telling them to get r-worded. She thinks I was bullying her when all I ever did was defend a friend who was getting bullied by her. You see, the definition of my name is defender of mankind and I try to live up to my name. I don't know how defending someone is bullying.
